As some of you may already be aware, we are seeing some issues raised when joining Zoom calls through an MTR system. We are doing our best to make sure everyone is aware of these issues, and the problems they are causing - and most importantly that we are aware of them.
The issue, is that when joining a Zoom call through the Teams Room app, the camera is greyed out. The camera works when used directly via a cable from the laptop, or even BYOD or Teams, however when through Zoom, despite the camera waking up and moving like normal, it does not display any image.
As mentioned, we are aware of these issues, and Microsoft have acknowledged this as a known issue, however they have not given us a timeline to when this will be resolved.
We will update this post accordingly when we have the necessary updates.
