Knows Errors - Screen Blanking

Good afternoon all, 

UPDATE: 

As per the below fault, please see the following update as per Microsoft's Known Errors forum.

 "To fix the issue, upgrade the Teams Rooms app to version 4.18.35.0."

Your system may or may not have already upgraded to version 4.18; if it is has not - please do not worry, you can expect this to happen in the near future. This update will run overnight as standard when the system scans for auto-updates.

If you continue to experience issues despite your system having updated, please let us know. 

Following our last post regarding known errors regarding Screen Flickering following Teams 4.17; we have a further report of a known issue with Screens blanking/graying. 

The below is taken from the Microsoft Known Errors Forum; 

Select either the Meet now or the Call button on the console of the Teams Rooms device to restore the front-of-room display immediately.

Microsoft have now announced a new temporary workaround which will need to be carried out when this occurs; whilst they investigate the fault in order to provide a permanent fix.
