Please find below a summary of a known issue we are experiencing and currently working through with two manufacturers.
Unfortunately, we are seeing issues when the Screen-beam goes into standby it does not reinitialize the content when woken up. This is irrespective of other equipment being put between the two OEMs. We have done extensive testing with our equipment with other vendors and have no issues.
Unfortunately, both manufacturers are confident their equipment is working fine and therefore we don't expect to see a resolution to this issue just yet.
